This Service Level Agreement defines the framework governing scientific services provided by Pharmacological & Microbiology Systems, including project scope, communication, timelines, deliverables, revisions, confidentiality, and responsibilities.

01
SERVICE FRAMEWORK

Scientific Service Framework

PMS provides scientific and research-oriented services across pharmacology, microbiology, molecular analysis, diagnostics, laboratory systems, and biological analysis.

Each project is evaluated according to its scientific scope, technical requirements, available information, methodology, resources, and expected research output.

02
SCOPE

Scope of Services

The exact scope of each service is defined before project initiation. This may include analytical work, biological interpretation, laboratory workflow support, research planning, technical documentation, or other agreed scientific activities.

Services are performed according to the specifications and requirements agreed for the individual project.

03
TIMELINE

Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on scope, technical complexity, sample or information availability, methodology, and other project-specific requirements.

Estimated timelines are communicated during project planning. Delays caused by incomplete information, changes in scope, external dependencies, or unforeseen technical requirements may affect the expected completion date.

04
COMMUNICATION

Communication

Project communication is conducted through agreed professional communication channels. PMS aims to provide clear updates regarding project progress, requirements, technical questions, and relevant changes.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information required for the execution of the project.

05
OUTPUT

Deliverables

Deliverables are defined according to the agreed project scope. Depending on the service, they may include scientific reports, analytical results, technical documentation, research outputs, or other agreed materials.

Deliverables are provided using the format and communication method agreed for the project.

06
REVISION

Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions related to the original agreed scope may be considered as part of the project.

Requests that substantially modify the original scope, methodology, deliverables, or project requirements may require a revised timeline or additional service agreement.

07
RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, relevant scientific requirements, materials or data where applicable, and timely feedback required for project execution.

PMS cannot be responsible for delays resulting from missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client-provided information.

08
CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality

Project information shared with PMS is handled with appropriate confidentiality and used for the purposes associated with the agreed scientific service.

Specific confidentiality, data protection, or non-disclosure requirements may be established separately when required by the project.

09
LIMITATIONS

Service Limitations

Scientific services are performed according to the agreed methodology, available information, technical resources, and project conditions.

Scientific results and interpretations may be subject to the inherent limitations of experimental methods, biological variability, available data, and technical conditions.
